RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with HOME FURNITURE & DESIGN CORP.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through HOME FURNITURE & DESIGN CORP are considered FINAL SALES.

Except where required by applicable federal or state law, we do NOT accept:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Store Credit
  • Order Cancellations after payment has been processed

This policy applies to all products sold through our website, including but not limited to:

  • Furniture
  • Bedroom Sets
  • Living Room Furniture
  • Dining Room Furniture
  • Mattresses
  • Home Décor
  • Accessories
  • Clearance Items
  • Promotional Merchandise
  • Special Orders
  • Custom Orders

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product descriptions carefully.
  • Verifying product dimensions.
  • Confirming colors, finishes, materials, and specifications.
  • Ensuring the purchased furniture will fit through doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, and into the intended room.
  • Providing accurate shipping information.
  • Being available to receive the delivery.

HOME FURNITURE & DESIGN CORP is not responsible for purchases made in error, incorrect measurements, buyer’s remorse, changes of preference, or products that do not fit into the customer’s home after delivery.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

Customers must inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, the customer must notify HOME FURNITURE & DESIGN CORP within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.

To initiate a claim, the customer must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Clear photographs of the shipping box and packaging
  • A clear video showing the damage or defect

Claims submitted without the required photographs and video may be denied.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Once all documentation has been received, HOME FURNITURE & DESIGN CORP will review the claim.

If the claim is approved, the company will determine, at its sole discretion, the appropriate remedy, which may include replacing the damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Refunds will not be issued.

The exclusive remedy under this policy is replacement of the damaged or incorrectly shipped item after verification and approval of the claim.


EXCLUSIONS

This policy does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper assembly
  • Misuse
  • Abuse
  • Negligence
  • Accidents
  • Water damage
  • Fire
  • Pets
  • Children
  • Improper cleaning
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage occurring after delivery has been accepted


SHIPPING DAMAGE

Visible shipping damage should be noted immediately with the delivery carrier whenever possible.

Customers should retain all original packaging until the claim has been fully resolved.

Failure to preserve the packaging may affect the outcome of the claim.


MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Any manufacturer’s warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer and is subject to that manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

HOME FURNITURE & DESIGN CORP does not provide any additional warranties except those required under applicable law.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HOME FURNITURE & DESIGN CORP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase, delivery, assembly, installation, or use of any product sold through this website.

The maximum liability of HOME FURNITURE & DESIGN CORP shall never exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product in question.


COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

Nothing contained in this policy is intended to waive, limit, or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

If any provision of this policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order through our website, customers expressly acknowledge and agree that:
